My first book, The Story of Sacrifice: Ritual and Narrative in the Priestly Source, is expected to be out in Fall 2020 in Mohr Siebeck’s FAT series.
I am also working on a critical edition and translation of the pentateuchal Priestly Narrative. A proposal for this project is currently under review.
My second monograph, Constructing God’s House: Literary Representations of the Temple in the Hebrew Bible and Early Jewish Literature project is just getting underway. This book will be a study of the varied literary representations of the Jerusalem temple in the Hebrew Bible and early Jewish literature read alongside the shifting imperial and architectural contexts of the first millennium BCE.
